What the console shows you
Allow adult titles
Off by default, and an administrator can withhold it. With it allowed, an 18+ switch appears in the top bar; that switch is what actually shows the titles, and it turns itself off again every time you leave. Nothing adult ever reaches the quiz or the arena.
Show the whole broadcast week
Off by default, which hides the long tail of kids shorts and three-minute web series.
